Adolf Hitler is right in that if you want to take control of a nation as a dictator, you must disarm the ordinary citizen and put the fear of god up him, lest he complain about injustice. It is alleged that this is precisely what is happening in the United Kingdom, with legal aid cuts, no right of appeal and immunity form prosecution for police and council planning officers.
WEALDEN DISTRICT COUNCIL
This council is held to be one of the worst human rights offenders in the United Kingdom.
They have worked with agencies like Sussex police to thwart the human rights of dozens of citizens routinely and persistently, harassing and intimidating their targets, much like the Gestapo in Nazi Germany.
The taxpayer has footed the bill for such actions, many of which destroyed their victims.
The Injustice Alliance knows from other cases that Wealden and Sussex police work together to avoid the prosecutions of council officers. One such case is the Petition of 1997 and subsequent failure of Sussex police to investigate the alleged crimes by no less that 12 independent witnesses.
In 2015, through to 2018, Wealden appear to have assisted Clarion Housing Group Limited, Latimer Developments Limited (via Thakeham) to obtain planning consent for 70 houses despite strong local opposition, access, and pollution issues. This consent appears to have been granted in spite of the obvious human rights interference relating to the right to life and the peaceful enjoyment of water supplies from Lime Well in Lime Park at Herstmonceux in East Sussex.
Sussex pensioner, John Hoath, had been the subject of enforcement action by Wealden, where we know from a secret recording of a committee meeting, that they intended to take direct action to deny Mr Hoath his right to a fair hearing under Article 6. Where Mr Hoath has been complaining about injustices involving Sussex police, he was charged, prosecuted and jailed for 8 weeks, for what amounts to reporting a crime. The only problem was that he reported to too often and to the wrong people.
